In early October 2023, I had a wonderful experience with Ryan Lewis. I was looking to trade in my Kia Sorento for a larger SUV to accommodate our family of 5. To be honest, I don't write reviews unless they are earned and my experience was stellar. I have to say that the interactions over the phone and then in person exceeded all my expectations. Lewis Motor's reviews are for real. I was shopping for a good used car for about two months and the specific car I wanted showed up on their website. From the beginning, to sitting in their office in Brentwood (I live in Cambridge), it was a very good experience. Nice people, no BS whatsoever and very matter of fact stated they stood behind their cars. They proved this by taking the car down the road to an independent mechanic who did a pre-purchase inspection for me. It was as they said, in great condition for the age and miles. I worked with Ryan and Austin and couldn't have felt more comfortable. Ryan carefully went over the paperwork, explaining everything in detail I was signing, and answered any questions I had. I have already told three friends in the market for a car about Lewis. I will absolutely return, should we need another car. Its not always an easy task, used car shopping, but it sure does help to have people you can trust. (because I truly no nothing about cars and relied on family members to drive the questions and convos... they were impressed to say the least.)

Great experience! Ryan was great to work with. Love the family atmosphere. I drove 3.5 hours because they had the vehicle I wanted. Ryan had my financing all pre-approved and all I had to do when I arrived is test drive and sign the paperwork. His dad even gave me a nice RainX car scraper as I was leaving. Definitely recommend. My wife and I stopped to casually look at a couple vehicles, Ryan came and asked if we had any questions, got us the keys and looked at our leisure. We took two vehicles out for test drive, and looked them over well.
